After completing both my undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Statistics from Jahangirnagar University, enrolling in the diploma program was a significant and challenging decision. Driven by a strong passion for programming and a desire to build a career in the IT industry, I pursued the diploma to strengthen my practical and technical expertise.

Career Journey

LEADS Corporation Limited

Near the completion of my diploma, I began my professional career as an Intern. After successfully completing six months of internship, I was promoted to the position of Programmer. This was the beginning of my path in the software industry.

IBCS-PRIMAX Software (Bangladesh) Limited

At the request of my respected teacher, I joined as a full-time Lecturer for the IDB diploma program. During my six-year tenure, I prepared myself strategically for a future role as a Database Administrator (DBA) within the banking and corporate sector.
The organization supported my professional development through advanced training in Oracle Database and Linux, helping me build strong enterprise-level capabilities.

Eastern Bank Limited (EBL)

In 2011, I transitioned to the banking industry by joining as a DBA. Over the next six and a half years, I gained extensive hands-on experience in high availability solutions, database replication, security, clustering technologies, and enterprise database management.
This period significantly strengthened my expertise in managing mission-critical banking systems.

Current Role

Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB)

Since 2019, I have been serving as the Head of the Enterprise Database Administration Department. I lead database operations and strategic initiatives to ensure high availability, security, resilience, and optimal performance of enterprise database environments.
